Xhe muster was, m the circumstances, juslined in -assuming that the light reported to him was the Jt>ast Cape light, though in iact it was a bush nre, snowing 'at intervals. X'ho Court was not prepared to say if the casualty was duo to, or' contributea to<' by any wrongful act. or default of the master, or any 01 the officers or crew. The certificates ot the master and third officer were returneS.
