A.M.P. HAS RECORD YEAR.
The New Zealand branch of the Australian Mutual Provident Society has received a cable from their Head Office in Sydney, advising the total New Business figures for 1923. In the Ordinary Department £12,335,237 , was completed, and £2,993,298 in the Industrial Department—a grand) total of £15,328.-535. These compare , with £10,827,776, and £2,957,862 respectively, totalling £13,785,638 for the year 1922—an increase of and a record for the Society. New Zealand's contribution was in both departments—an increase of six hundred and twenty thousand pounds over the previous year's total, and nearly half a million in excess of the previous New Zealand record year. The figures represent about £2 10s per head of the whole population of the Dominion. The annual Bonus Certificates for all policies in force at December 31st, 1923, will issue as usual on June '3oth. 1
