The Canterbury Pigeon Flying Club recently flew, a race from Marton, 48 birds taking 1 part, tlio property oi 11 owners. The birds were liberated by the stationmaster at 9.52 a.m. in fine weather and a westerly wind, which, changed to nor'-east as the birds nearcd home- The birds put tip fast times, very little timo dividing the prizewinners.
