Dr. Sun Tat Sen has cabled Mr MacDonald, the British Premier, conveying fraternal greetingo and. hailing the Labour Party's accession to power as marking a new era, not only i n English history, but in the secular affairs of nations. Dr. Sun Tat Sen says ho' looks to Mr Mac Donald to deal with China not as if sho were still tho conquered nation of the days of tho opium wara and tho Boior outbreak, but as tho homo of a people whoso civilising work in Asia entitles them at least to the samo treatment now accorded nations whose sovereignty liao been freed from pre-war fetters.
