Gooeh, editor of the "Contemporary Review," contributes an article in which ho predicts an Ajiglo-Amcrican-German entente as a result of France's lack of judgment. Ho says France's dictatorship is approaching its end. Britain's power will rise in the same degree as France's declines. .
