APOLOGY TO HUNGARY. (BY CABLE—PSZS3 ASSOCIATION COrYIUGHT.) (ATJSTBALIAN AND K.Z, CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received January 25th, 7.20 p.m.) -WASHINGTON, January. 24. Mr C.' E. Hughes (Secretaryof State) iias sent an apology to Hungary for the violation of the domicile attached to the Hungarian Legation by police, offioers , during the liquor raid just before Christmas. [On December 2nd, Wasbingtpn reported that an illicit liquor scandal threatening to touch the moat .exclusive and highly-connected circles had been revealed. The police reported that part of the stock of liquor being sold was under tho protection of a foreign legation.]
