David Kelly was sentenced to live years' imprisonment for cremating the body of Mrs Overall -without Government permission. [Kelly was previously acquitted on a charge of murdering Mrs Overall at Millgrove in June, 1y22, but he was found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment.]
