——9 DISPUTE OVER PAY. (BT CASLX—PBXSS A3SOCIATIOH —COPT&IGHT-) SYDNEY, December 5. The Moeraki was threatened to ub held up by the seamen demanding Australian rates of pay while the vessel is under exemption of the Navigation Act. The crew are signed under New Zealand articles. The owners acceded to the demand. The Mopraki's exemption applies to one trip only.
