BUILDING PERMITS.
There was a marked fulling off in the number of building permits issued by the Christchureh City Council for the month of November, but apparently this was duo to the anxiety on the part of builders to complete the jobs they had on hand before the holidays. A summary of the permits issued is as follows: —
