"William Perrott, alias Edward Moon, who' had been, boarding for some time at a house in | Ranctwick, became eccentric in his behaviour and received notice: to quit. He left the premises, but, returned, early in the morning, removed a portion of the roof, and entered the house, to which he set fire. Then he went to an adjoining park and committed suicide by hanging. The firo was easily subdued.
