OBITUARY.
A Hastings telegram states that Mr Arthur Charles Norris, secretary of the.' New Zealand Rugby Union during the All Blacks' 1905 tour, and founder of the New Zealand Referees' Association, died on Saturday, aged sixty-one, after a long illness.
