FRENCHMAN'S STRANGE ORDER. (BT CABLE—PBJSBS ASSOCIATION—COPTBIGET.) (AUSTBALIAH AND K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received December 2nd, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 1. The taris correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" states that M. Vasquez, aged 75 years, died and left a will containing a clause which startled his relatives. He instructed that his head should be severed completely from the body,' in the presence of those to whom he left his fortune, and designated a doctor, who duly performed the operation. It appears that Vasquez onoe fell into a lethargic condition, and his relatives, thinking he was dead, began preparing him for burial, when he showed evidence of life. After that, the old man decided not to risk burial alive.
