AUCKLAND BURGLARS.
STRONG-ROOM BLOWN OPEN. (HiBS9 ASSOCIATION IXUCSIV.) AUCKLAND, September 29. Tbe strong room in the offices of the Takapuna Borough Council was opened last night by means of gelignite, the noise of the explosion bewg heard by residents. The sum secured was £lO 16s, other cash > having been banked during the day.
