* AN AMERICAN CONTRACT. (BY CABLE—PBESB ASSOCIATION —COPTM»M.) IAUgIBAUAR AHD D.Z. CASLI ASSOCIATION.) NEW YORK, July 12. At Cincinatti, thirty large American firms are forming an association named the""Allied American Corporation and have announced that tney have signed a contract with the Russian Government to provide the latter with machinery a'nd purchase Russian primary products. The Association expects to do an annual business of 25,000,000 dollars. The excess of the Association's imports will be paid in gold.
