REVOLT IN PARAGUAY.
REBELS ADVANCING ON CAPITAL. (BT CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) (ArSTBALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION) BUENOS AIRES, July 10. The Paraguayan revolutionists have advanced to within fourteen miles of Asuncion, the capital. The Government is preparing to repel rebel attacks. The rebels have captured Ypacaray and cut the railroad, and are continuing to advance.
