Three more nightß remain of the "My Lady's Drrre" season, and Christchurch hsis only threo more chances of seeing that brilliant and much-talked of play, in "My Lady's Dress" both Emelie Polini and Prank Harvey aro outstanding in their portrayal of tho various roles which they are called upon to play in the soven scenes, each of which diffors greatly from its predecessor. Tho Btory is a difficult one for principals, for oncii scene, a glimpse of emotional life in many countries, oa-lls for a degree of versatility that only talented actors or actresses could hope to attain. "My Lady's Dress" is a masterpiece for Miss Poiiui. Frank Harvey, too, plays every role called upon him in an experienced manner. Mis 3 Polini and Mr Harvey are supported by a strong oompany, and "My Lady's Dress" is a play well worth seeing. On Saturday evening next the second play of the seas-m "Tho Lie," will bo produced, to be followed by "French JysaW and "The Flaw." The Season's Programme. This morning at The Bristol, the plans for tho balance of Miss Polini's season, extending over nine nights, will be on view. It i« seldom such an excellent opportunity ia afforded the Christchuroh public, and doubtless it will be fully taken advantage of, especially when three suc-h successful plays us "The Lie," "French Leave." and "The Flaw" are offered, each of which comes with the genuine stamp of unanimous approval of both tho Australian and Dominion critics. Each of the™ productions will be presented for three nights only, cornmencing with "The Lie," on Saturday evening next, and on Wednesday (July 18th), the delightful comedy "French Leavo," and for the last three nights "The Flaw" will form the attraction.
