ULSTER BY-ELECTION,
LONDON, May 4. A by-election for tne West Belfast seat in the Uteter Parliament resulted: Colonel Woods (Independent Unionist) 27,219 Sir Joseph Davidson (Grand Master of the Orange Lodge) 12,3G0 Colonel Woods's victory was due to his receiving the votes of 10,000 Nationalists, who were anxious to defeat Sir Joseph Davidson.
