SALE OF TE KORAHA.
PURCHASED FOR GIRLS' SCHOOL.
The sale of a portion of the Te Koraha property of the late Mr A. E. G. Rhodes was effected on Saturday. The residence and about 4J acres of the land have been purchased by Miss Gibson for the purposes of her private school for girls, which, known as "itangiruru,'' is at present located in WebD street.
It is understood that the price paid for tho residence and land was £9OOO.
