Under the headlines: "New Cromwell ; Mr John Fuller Brushes up New Zealand," the Sydney "Evening News" prints the following:—"Mr John Fuller has been jn New Zealand tearing bad clauses out of their navigation regulations. He returned' by the Niagara today triumphant. The New Zealand papers say that as a result of Mr Fuller's efforts medical examinations of people travelling between there and Australia will be practically discontinued. Mr Fuller says that 'before Australians can enter the Dominion they have to take the oath of allegiance, sign documents, pass the doctor and the Customs, and go through as much rigmarole as if they were undesirable aliens."
