I think that the society is to bo congratulated in haw ing,. after many years trying, this game license imposed, the majority of .shooters being satisfied to pay $ just due. It may be unnecessary to mention the part the society took in regard to {he abolition of cylinder shooting, or the preservation of game in getting the various sanctuaries gazetted, or the closed season to further effect' these objects.
