ANNUAL MEETING. ' ' The third annual meeting of tie New Zealand Freezing and Allied Industries Officers' Guild (Incorporated) was held on Friday eveiiing/ before a tgood attendant of members.

The membership had ihcieaoea considerably during the year, aiid now stood at well over. 200.,. Mr C. H. Miller was re-elected president, other.officials being:—Vice-presi-dent, Mr \V. J. Mullholland; honorary: secertary and treasurer, Mr Harold C. Kent; committee, Miss Butcher and Miss Sly, Messrs G. W. "Wardj-R. Hamilton, W. S. Hughes, C: E. Tuthill.R. R. C. Spooner, Meritt, A. D. Wilkie, A. Johnston, T. W. Richmond, and R. Triggs. r,
The mafter of a combined, j gnilds superannuation scheme was' discussed, and the meeting recommended to the incoming: 'committee thai'tho 'matter be dropped in the meantime.
Regret was expressed at the departure from Now Zealand of Mr Francis Deverell, whose Kindly interest and assistance in guild waiters was heartily •appreciated. V,; " ' "
