The inquest on the Yarra murder was resumed to-day. Mrs Milward, sister of the accused, Hannah Mitchell, j gave evidence that-she was at Mit-' chell's home on the night the girl'died. She saw the girl die and helped to convey her body to the gully. While »n the girl's toom she saw two medicine bottles with the name Miss Coughlan on them. ~" Witness added that later Mitchell told her that she had given £3OO to some men to remove the body from the gully, and that it had been 'put in a well.
