SEAPLANES FOR SUBMARINES.
REPORTED GERMAN "mTENTION. » (bt cable—pbbss association—COPXlUOKT.) (AUSTBAIiIAK AND N.I. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) PARIS, February 26. The Berlin correspondent of the "Echo de Paris" describes a new small hydroplane of German make for übo with ia submarine, capable of being rapidly encased in a tube twenty feet in length, the tub© to he lashed to the submarine's bridge. Several of these hydroplanes are to <he despatched to the Argentine , wK-Sre Germany is constructing submarines.
