DISASTER IN SOFIA. (B¥ cable—pbess association—coptbiqht.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) SOFIA, January 7. An inflammable substance which caught iire m a private metal works caused an explosion of munitions, which destroyed a dozen factories, killing twenty people and badly burning many others. It is feared that other victims are beneath the ruins.
