TO CORRESPONDENTS.
Letters submitted to the Editor for publication must be written in ink, on one side of the Daper only, and writers must send their full names and addressee in detail, whether it be intended that these shall be printed or not. Correspondents must say distinctly whether or not their letters are being, or have been submitted to other journals.
