MONTHLY MEETING. The Lyttelton Harbour Board mot yesterday. Present: Mr J. Storey (chairman), the Hen. 11. More, M.L.C., Dr. Thacker, and Messrs F. Hcirrell, R. Macartney, W. K. MeAlpine, W. J.
