ANTI-BOLSHEVIK RISING. (By C'fOjle—Press Association —Copyright.) (Australian and N./j. Cable Association.) DELHI, November 23. News from Bokhara indicates that the Bolsheviks have asserted their ascendancy. The fighting has died down, but insurgents in Fergana are still active, rallying round Ibrahim Bey, the former Governor of Sherabad, who took refuge in Afghanistan at the outbreak of the Bokharan revolution. The reports are based on the assumption that Enver Pasha is dead, since tTTey hay Ibrahim as his successor. /
