Paddock,' world's champion sprinter, with team mates, has accepted an invitation to-tour New Zealand. 'He must leave in two weeks' time. . Earl 'J. Thompson, hurdles champion is unable' to make the trip. ' At the annual meeting of-the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association this evening it was decided to cable to America asking that, if possible, Bay, or the next best middle,distance runner, be sent, the third man to be an all-round performer preferably Merckant or Hartranft.
