ALLEGED FALSE PRETENCES.
(press association telegram.) GISBORNE,. November-20. Fergus Cumming, land agent, appeared at' the Magistrate's Court today on four charges of obtaining goods by false pretences by of valueless- cheques. Accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial.
