Regarding the doubta as to Enver Pasha's death in Bokhara, a Maned correspondent, telegraphs that. Enver conducting a peace conference with the Bolahevik repreeentativea. Enver was offered and refused the Governorship of is undoubtedly alive, and is at present Bokhara.
