Ellesmere. Sir R. Heaton Rhodes will address the electors of Ellesmere at the Southbridge Hall to-morrow evening, at the Lakeside Hall on Wednesday evening, and at the Lyndhurst Hall on Thursday evening, all the meetings commencing at eight o'clock. Avon. Mr D. O. Sullivan, M.P., will address the electors of Avon in the Oddfellows' Hall, Rolleston street, Linwood, at 8 p.m. on Wednesday evening. The Hon. G. W. Russell will address the electors at the Leyden street Hall, Phillipstown on Wednesday evening and at the North Linwood scnool on Thursday- evening. E. P. Lee. WA2KATO. (press association telegram.) TE AWAMUTU, November 11. At Te Awamutu, Mr T. M. Wilford last night delivered a trenchant criticism of the Government legislation and administration. HSs address covered the main planks of the Liberal platform, Mr F. Lye, the party's candidate for Waikato, opened his campaign in a brief address which Mr Wilford'S.
