CONSTANTINE CONDEMNED. ' EX-MINISTERS TO BE COTJRTMAETIALLED. (By Cable—Press Association —Copyright.) (Renter's Telegrams.) (Received November 10th, S.o p.m.) ATHENS, November 9. In consequence of the report of the commission of enquiry, a decree has been issued handing over six ex-Minis-ters and Generals Stratigos and Hadjianestis to an extraordinary court-mar-tial for trial. The report impugnsi Constantino's interference in military operations in Asia, Minor. He, forgetting the examples of history, instead of heading the troops when times were difficult, fled immediately the fortune of war began to turn. The report does not recommend Cbnstantine's trial, because he was constitutionally irresponsible. The indictment of the ex-Ministers states, inter alia, that they appointed as Commander-in-Chief of the Army General Hadjianestis, who was known to possess an unbalanced mind. CABINET RECONSTRUCTION. ATHENS, November 9. The Premier, M. Zaimis, in agreement with the revolutionary committee, will reconstitute his Cabinet in order to include representatives of parties favourable to the .Entente.
