Ratana eeems to be the Mecca of the Maoris on the coast just now (states the '.'News"). Monday's Taranaki train carried a large number of Maoris of all ages. In readiness for the big election fathering, big quantities of provisions ave been going forward for some days past. Eight cattle were despatched last week from Taranaki.
