NOONDAY CONCERT.

in aid of the unemployed will be made today, wihen an excellent concert will be given on tho river bank opposite the Y.M.C.A. A fine programme of music play-edi by the worlffs greatest orchestras and bands will be given by the aid of the gramophone, with a tele-megaphone attachment. The latter instrument is one of the wonders of the day, and many of the selections ehouldl be clearly heard ft mile away.
