SUNDAY CONCERTS.
A very largo ttidlenoe thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment : , given in the Liberty Theatre last evening.,by Deng's Private Band. The programme was as follows: Maioh, "Distant Greeting" (Godfrey)! Beleotion, "The Gondoliers" (Sullivan): piooolo bow, "Through the Air" {Auintate), soloist, Baßcteriian A. E. Button; descriptive fantasia, ' "The Smithy w ifo -Woods" (Michaelis); selection, "Lea Cloches do Cornevm6",.(%lW?t!*); s°* P°™*i. 'Tangled Tunas" (Etetelby); maroh, "Preciofl A" (Devery). Mr E. C Deny conducted the band.• A most enjoyable oonoert was held yesterday afternoon in the Jellicoe Hall in aid of the Unemployed Soldiers' Relief Fund. Mir F. E. Baume oonduoted tho audience in, a community sing. Monologues were given by Miss A. Manhard and Mr F. Rankin. Solos were «ung by Miss P. Mitchell, Mrs Campbell, Mr W. Soott, Mrs O'Brien (with harp accompaniment). Harp solps Were given by Mr H. Olaysher, Miss A. Bheawfoy played the accompaniment*. Another sine in aid of tire- same iund will be held next Sunday, when the soloists Will be Miss Olg* Waoked and other well-known wtists..
