Tho Waimato Co-operativo Dairy Company's annual meeting on Saturday was well attended by shareholders. The report showed that the season's operations resulted in tho payment of £30,150 9s Id, after allowing for depreciation £298 16s sd, the whole output first-grade, bultter. The highest prico realised in London was 230? per cwt., and the average price paid by consumors of butter fat during tho year was Is 2Jd lb. The factory received 513,0621b of butter fat, payin? out £30,150 9s Id, and receiving £40.265 for the butter sold. The factory had been enlarged during the year and a new engine and loiW installed. The sharenoluei'6 discussed the position, and it was remarked that tho local trade was improving. Appreciative comment was made on the work of the manager (Mr AV. Grylls) and the staff and the chairman of directors (Mr 11. H. Meredith), and tho meeting voted the staff and directors £2OO for their work during the year. Messes Briscoe, James Wilson, and H.. H. Meredith were appointed' to tho directorate, the latter two being re-elected.
