"I am not a pessimist, yet I feel, as I look out on the world, that it is in a deplorable state," said MrE.O. Cutten, S.M., speaking at the Baptist Tabernacle at Auckland on "Character Training for Christian Citizenship." Mr John Smith presided over a large attendance. Mr Cutten said that the stability of, the community depended on tho*e who respected law and order.
