The Association of Wireless and Cable Telegraphists is picketing the London docks. The shipowners refuse to negotiate with the association on the ground that wireless operators are not the employees of shipowners, but of the wireless companies [A previous message stated:—The Association of Wireless and Cable Telegraphists has called out the wireless operators owing to the shipowners claiming the right to order them i& perform other than wireless duties. Four hundred have struck, and others will join the strike frum ships arriving. Several White Star and Cunard steamers are threatened to b« held up.]
