BALLOON BREAKS AWAY.

An observation balloon broke from its moorings at tho Angers aviation camp, carrying away t/hree men who were clinging to tho ropes. One dropped when a few feut above tho ground and escaped uninjured. Another dropped from a height of 90ft and succuml>ed to terrible injuries. The balloon carried the third away. Travelling at the rate of thirty miles an hour, it reached a height of six thousand feet. After several hours the balloon was blown back towards Angers. Tho man dropped into a tree while the balloon was descending, and waa picked up slightly bruised.
