REPORTED CONCENTRATION OP TROOPS. (By Caller-Press AMoofatic® —Oopyrigiht.) {Australian find N.i. Cable Association.) HELSINGFORS. March 9. Close to the frontier of Fin!and, east of Lake Ladoga, the have concentrated 30,000 men, with 60 guns, a flying division, and five armoured trains.
West of. Lake Ladoga there is a force of 5000 ffien, with 65 guns and two armoured trains. There is also a merve force in Petrograd ready to advance ngain&t 'the Finnish border,, and the Russian Fleet is stationed at Kronstadt, in fighting condition.
