In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Christciiurch Tramway Act, 1920, and its amendments and of all other powers hereunto enabling it, the Chriatchurch Tramway Board resolves by way of Special Order to borrow the sum of £20,000 for the purpose of meeting eicpenditure consequent upon the necessary development and improvement of the Board's sys tern, viz., £7500 for five car bodies, and £12,500 for sub-station plant.
