TO CORRESPONDENTS.

Letters submitted to the Editor for publication must be written in ink, on one side of the paper only, and writers must Bend their full names and addresses in detail, whether it be intended that these shall be printed or not.

Correspondents must 6ay distinctly whether or rot their letters are being, or have been, submitted to other journals.
