PANAMA TOLLS.
THE BOBAH BILL.

It is expected that the Senate will vote on Senator Borah's Panama' Canal Tolls Bill on Monday, but it is helieved that President Harding will intervene to prevent the passage of tihe Bill. It is understood that President Harding favours the exemption of American vessels from payment of tolls, but he believes this should be accomplished by diplomatic negotiations. It is believed that Britain has rejected the proposal for a compromise by the exemption of Canadian yessels.
