PAYMENT IN GOODS.

Under the Wiesbaden agreement Germany is pledged to deliver goods ,of material to the full limit of German production from October, 1921, to May, 1926, the aggregate value of the payments in kind during the period not to exceed seven milliards of gold marks. Germany will consider herself paid for such goods by crediting the amount with the Reparations Commission. Germany- will open a monthly credit for 15 years to to the extent of 66 per cent, of the value of deliveries, on which Prance gays 5 per cent, interest. BERLIN, October 7. The newspapers generally welcome the relief, under the Wiesbaden agreement, from the disastrous results to Germany of having to pay the reparations in gold.
