Present—Bevs. Dr. Etwin (convener), Eyburn, Patorson, and Mews Tulloch, Goes, Frame, Boyds, Malcolm, Ogilvie,. Sutherland, Congreve, and Graham. An apology was received from the Her. H. J". Hnffadine. Dr. Erwin was heartily applauded on. tak» ing the chair again- after his eerero illness, and satisfaction was expressed at his re* ' corery. X* - ' Lea-ve of absence, was granted' to Messrs I W. H. Base and P. Hercus. ! I A motion of sympathy with the widow .and ! son of the late Mr T. D. Boas; in their be- ! reavement was passed. The late Mr Boa? > had been a member of the Association from j its inception, and it was decided to place, on I record 1 appreciation of his excellent services rendered to the work in general. The com* Imittee also learned with regret of the death . of Mrs Aselsen, wife of the sttperintendent of . the Dunedin Association, and a suitable reso- • lution was passed. . , ; - Reports were received from the actingX superintendent and visiting committee, and • satisfaction was expressed at - the manner ia • which the work in the diffiewTrii homes is : , being conducted.
