CANTERBURY AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE.
A meeting of the Board of Governors of Canterbury Agricultural Oolleg© was held at • the College yesterday. Present Messrs H. I A. Knight (chairman), R. W. liochhead, ; Thos. Blackley, and-Dr. Chilton. Apologies were received from the Hon. D- Buddo, Messrs Tripp and Deans. Mr Deans was erantkl three* months' leave of absenoe. It was resolved to draw the attent-ion oj the Paparua County Council to the fact that no repairs had been made to the gauges on the water-races. - , .. The College seal was attached to the &PP' l " cation and plan to bring 'the College lands under tho Land Transfer Act. _ Letters in referenoe to one of the. Board s reserve at Haiataramea were referred to tne Board's solicitors, with power to act. : It was decided' to eo on with a superannuation scheme for the Board chairman to report on details to next meet- . ln °' '
