♦ TOBACCONIST'S SHOP RAIDED. On Saturday morning Detective-Ser-geant T. Gibson, on a warrant, conducted a search of the premises of Harold Ritchie, tobacconist, of Armagh. street. As a result Ritchie was charged at the Magistrate's Court the same morning, before Mr S. E. McCarthy, K.M., with keeping a common gaminghouse. A remand was granted until the 26th inst., bail being allowed in one surety of £IOO.
