Parkinson, Kaituna: and Mr W. P. Reid. An equally striking feature is the "Suffolk" mutton bred by Mr Geo. Gould. Purchased at a record price at Addington Yards last week, thia mutton is without equal in the world. Not only do Mr Knight's customers find that only the pnmest cuts art sold at his butchery,- but the expert manner in which the meat is dressed jind cut is an additional source of satisfaction. The best beef or mutton U easily depreciated by careless handling. and no doubt Mr C. Knightfs personal supervision of this detail is largely responsible for the never-failing excellence of all the meat he sells.
