Cloud (0-10) .. ..10 ,10 . FORECAST. Present indications ate for moderate to strong southerly to easterly winds, and dull, misty, cooler weather generally, with drizzling rain probable, especially in the districts with an easterly aspect. The barometer has a rising tendency.
