♦ ~ POSTAL COMPLAINTS. • (By CsWe—Press Association-^Copyright.) (Australian atud N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received February 3rd, 7.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 3. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, in a final interview, said that while he was generally appreciative of things Australian, he thought the postal service was bad, and the telegraphio service shocking. The Postmaster-General, in reply, admits- that the "postal business is unsatisfactory, while the telegraph business between' Sydney and Melbourne has outcrown existing facilities, but a new line ia being constructed, and other remedial measures are being taken.
